Judging the BOPP/PET THERMAL FILM Good Or bad. 

Firstly, let's have a visual experience by gently pulling apart the Thermal  film and touching its surface with your hand to feel smooth or easy peel off . A Thermal lamination film with good quality can clearly feel a slight adsorption force when touched by hand, No wrinkles . very smoothly at the surfaces.

Next is the Laminating test, open laminator to be 85-105 degree to see laminated with printed paper .

after printing .pls have a look at all side .and after that do embossing .see whether film come up or not .

BOPP thermal film be made of bopp basic film with eva coating.

if film come up or eva bonding not good means problem .

From above only 2 problems means bad quality .

1. wrinkle .

2. Eva less 

3. Use light to spot on the film to see all whether some appear transparent some is foggy .if film with foggy .that part means eva more .otherwise less
